We serve seven (7) tacos daily
DISCLAIMER: If they are to go, remember. These are tacos, not rocket science. They will be wrapped up in a foil tortilla. No labels. No clues. Just a bag full of tacos for you to open up like it’s Christmas Day! That’s the way we do it in the home land of San Antonio where these tacos originate. Don’t be mad if the tortillas are a little soggy. That’s the way we roll at home. We serve moist, tender food. DISCLAIMER WITHIN A DISCLAIMER: Don’t be disappointed if your taco doesn’t look like the picture. It used to before we rolled it up!
These are the SIX ORIGINAL tacos from our days at the Tanana Valley Farmers Market. These will never go away. They are always available unless we've sold out for the day. They've become the basic staples of our little business.
THE FIRST SIX
$5.00 for one taco
The Alaskan: Our #1 seller since day one at the Farmers Market. Juicy pulled-pork, diced white onions, cotija cheese, cilantro, and a wedge of lime. Flour or corn tortilla. Gluten-free with corn tortilla.

THE 'MERICAN: Tender slow-cooked shredded beef topped with diced white onions, cotija cheese, cilantro, and a lime wedge. An alternative for those that don’t dig on swine. Flour or corn tortilla. Gluten-free with corn tortilla.
$5.00 for one taco
THE HIPPIE: For all you veggie heads out there! Sautéed curly kale with garlic, our famous vegetable ceviche, and roasted poblano cream sauce. Vegan? Ask for no sauce. Flour or corn tortilla. Gluten-free with corn tortilla.
$3.50 for one taco
THE KIDDO: A Tex-Mex traditional bean and cheese taco! The beans are vegetarian. Flour or corn tortilla. Gluten-free with corn tortilla.
Does your picky kiddo need a quesadilla? We can do that, too. Just ask us. Cheese. Beans. Whatever.
$6.50 for one taco
THE PO BOY: Tender, mesquite-smoked brisket with our very own house dry rub. Topped with diced onions, diced dill pickle, and our smokey hickory BBQ cream sauce. This is, by far, Lane's all-time favorite. Flour tortilla recommended.
the SEVENTH taco...
there can be only one.
Check out our Facebook page, Instagram page, or Twitter and you'll know what the seventh taco is. The seventh taco we serve is totally random. There's no rhyme or reason to our madness. It changes week to week, sometimes every couple of days. Just know that they're all good. No crappy food here. You will have a choice of ONE of these fine tacos to go along with the First Six. We serve seven tacos a day. ONE of these and the First Six.
The Kickin' Chicken:
A little Korean, a little al pastor, a little bit country, and a little bit rock-n-roll. Korean/al pastor/pineapple seasoned chicken topped with pickled red onions, carrots, and jalapeños - just a little kick.

You Don't Know Jack!:
Young, green, organic jack fruit from India. It's like a vegetarian/vegan pulled-pork. We smoke it, and then we toss it into a stew of chipotle vegetable stock for a while. We shred it and top it with onions, cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime.
