We serve seven (7) tacos daily

DISCLAIMER: If they are to go, remember. These are tacos, not rocket science. They will be wrapped up in a foil tortilla. No labels. No clues. Just a bag full of tacos for you to open up like it’s Christmas Day! That’s the way we do it in the home land of San Antonio where these tacos originate. Don’t be mad if the tortillas are a little soggy. That’s the way we roll at home. We serve moist, tender food. DISCLAIMER WITHIN A DISCLAIMER: Don’t be disappointed if your taco doesn’t look like the picture. It used to before we rolled it up!

These are the SIX ORIGINAL tacos from our days at the Tanana Valley Farmers Market. These will never go away. They are always available unless we've sold out for the day. They've become the basic staples of our little business.

the SEVENTH taco...

there can be only one.

Check out our Facebook page, Instagram page, or Twitter and you'll know what the seventh taco is. The seventh taco we serve is totally random. There's no rhyme or reason to our madness. It changes week to week, sometimes every couple of days. Just know that they're all good. No crappy food here. You will have a choice of ONE of these fine tacos to go along with the First Six. We serve seven tacos a day.   ONE of these and the First Six.

The Kickin' Chicken:

A little Korean, a little al pastor, a little bit country, and a little bit rock-n-roll. Korean/al pastor/pineapple seasoned chicken topped with pickled red onions, carrots, and jalapeños - just a little kick.

Our take on Korean pulled pork with gochujang, ginger, garlic, and many more stars! This one's topped with a simple American cole slaw and pickled red onions.

You Don't Know Jack!:

Young, green, organic jack fruit from India. It's like a vegetarian/vegan pulled-pork. We smoke it, and then we toss it into a stew of chipotle vegetable stock for a while. We shred it and top it with onions, cilantro, cotija cheese, and lime.

El Pollo Loco:

Chicken and rice! This is our chicken verde taco with some good ol' Tex-Mex rice to go with it. We top it with some fresh pico de gallo and maybe a bit of cheese.

The Willie Nillie:

Our smoked-in-house delicious 1/4 pound sausage links topped Po' Boy style with diced white onions, diced dill pickles, and our smokey BBQ cream sauce.

The 'Hood:

These are our skirt steak fajitas topped old school street-style. Onions, cotija cheese, cilantro, and a wedge of lime finishes them off.
